Terese Kessler-Bailey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Life Coach, leadership mentor, speaker, and founder of Rise Up Coaching. She is passionate about equipping leaders to discover their God-given identity, embrace their calling, and courageously step into the purpose they were created to fulfill.

With years of experience developing individuals, ministry leaders, business professionals, and organizations, Terese is known as a "leader of leaders." She has a unique ability to recognize gifts, identify untapped potential, and help people move from uncertainty to confident action. Her passion is not simply helping people become healthier—it is helping them become who they were created to be and empowering them to influence others.

Terese brings a distinctive blend of clinical expertise, leadership development, spiritual discernment, and transformational coaching. Along with being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach, she has received advanced training in several respected spiritually integrative ministries, including Sozo Ministry, Elijah House Ministries (Levels I & II), and the Emmanuel Approach. These approaches allow her to help leaders identify barriers, experience deeper freedom, hear God's voice with greater clarity, and lead from a place of wholeness and authenticity.
